Amy Jackson Credits Yoga For Her Healthy Pregnancy Phase; View Post
The actress shared on her Instagram post how Yoga helped her meditate, rest and keep her soul active during her pregnancy
More and more would-be mommies in Bollywood are switching to some form of exercise or the other to be fit and have normal deliveries. After Arjun Rampal’s girlfriend, Gabriella Demetriades advocated about following Yoga during her pregnancy phase, joining the league is actress Amy Jackson. The actress in her latest post shared on Instagram is seen seated in a basic yoga posture. Seen in a grey sport wear, she captioned this image as, “Nesting, resting, meditating 🔁 keeping my mind, body and soul active in @aloyoga”
The actress is in the 34th week of her pregnancy; in the month of July, the actress had shared some snaps of performing some basic exercises. In her post she wrote how 20 minute walk can reduce complications when a female goes in labor. Her caption read, “Even before pregnancy, keeping fit played a vital part in my day to day life and I’ve kept it going right into my third trimester. It’s been proven that working out ( even if it’s just a 20 minute walk!) can reduce complications throughout pregnancy and during labour. So consult with your Dr, and then GET MOVING.”
Amy will deliver her first kid in the month of September 2019. The actress has been flaunting her baby bump with a lot of ease and style. She exchanged rings with British businessman’s son named George Panayiotou on May 6, 2019. The ceremony was host at their London residence and took place in presence for their family and friends.
The actress was last seen on celluloid in 2.0 starring Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar.
